It is a multi-muscle strength/conditioning circuit that helps to boost metabolism to aid fat loss, improve strength, stamina and energy levels that will improve sports performance.
The key strength exercises will fire up your muscles to work, that will then speed up your metabolic rate and that is what burns fat. Once the strength phase is complete we will then move onto a conditioning circuit to speed up the heart rate to help build stamina and to burn calories. With doing strength and conditioning in one circuit you increase metabolism and keep it raised for hours after you have finished training which will keep on burning those calories long after the work out.
All exercise techniques are performed with no equipment, just body weight, although equipment can be added for the more experienced member.
Beginner - advanced are welcome to join in this great way of training and age 16 upwards are more then welcome.

Ladies Only - Boxercise Class
Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity
to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training.
Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today.
It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic
recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not
only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including
hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun,
energetic and addictive.
Benefits of this session include quick fat loss, total body muscle toning,
superb cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, stress reduction and improved
balance and coordination.
MMA
Majestic gym’s MMA classes are run by rising star Pietro Menga. MMA is a full combat system combining Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. MMA is great for the body; regular training strengthens and tones the muscles and adds flexibility. Training gives you a full cardio work out and you also increase your strength and stamina. Maybe you will be the next star of the UFC.
